Dear Sir/Madam,
We hereby solicit your quotation for the provision of Engineering Study, Design, Supervision and Consultancy Services to modify and convert the Storage Space on the Roof of UNFPA Building # 2 into New Office Space and a possible iT Storage.
The Service listed in the attached –ToR– TERMS OF REFERENCE OF ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICE are to be delivered maximum in 3 months (tentative) upon signing the contract and issuing of the PO. The quotation shall be valid at least for 3 months after the closing date.
