نصيحتي لكل إمرأة إذا عندها أي حلم, تحاول تنفذه, مافي شيء ممكن يوقفها, بالتصميم والإرادة راح توصل للشيء يلي تريده"، تقول العازفة الموسيقية سحر اسماعيل خلال مشاركتها للسيدات حفل يوم المرأة العالمي في محافظة دير الزور بمقطوعات من التراث الموسيقي السوري على آلة العود. تحدت السيدة سحر الأعراف الاجتماعية الرافضة لموهبتها بدعم من العائلة , وهي اليوم تعمل كموجهة للتربية الموسيقية في ديرالزور ,و مع كل زيارة لها لمركز حواء المجتمعي تساهم في تخفيف الآثار النفسية للسيدات أثناء مشاركتها إلى جانب الفريق بالأنشطة الترفيهية من خلال العزف الموسقي على آلة العود.
