We hereby solicit your quotation for the Supply, install, and successful delivery of the Hybrid Solar off-grid charging System, at UNFPA Satellite points in Deir Ezzour Governorate as per the technical specification listed in Annex I-Technical Specification.
The goods shall be delivered, installed, and successfully operated on the three sites named by UNFPA in (30) days maxi.

Please submit your quotation in USD/SYP currency that shall be valid at least 90 days after the closing date of this tender. The conversion of currency into the UNFPA preferred currency, if the offer is quoted differently from what is required, shall be based only on the UN Operational Exchange Rate prevailing at the time of the competition deadline. Your earliest response to this query would be highly appreciated, but not later than 14:30 (Damascus Time), Monday 18/July/2022 A site visit is scheduled at 10:30 AM (Damascus time) Thursday 07 July 2022 for further details and technical clarification might be raised by a respective bidder. The interested bidders are to confirm their participation and interest in writing to ialrifai@unfpa.org.
Any clarification must be sent to ialrifai@unfpa.org no later than Wednesday 13 July 2022, with a copy to abu-hawilih@unfpa.org. UNFPA, in response, will circulate the Questions and Answers Sheet among all interested bidders consolidating all the queries received and published on the UNFPA webpage and Facebook.
