In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the Supply and Install of Computed Radiography X-ray System for MOH Maternal Facilities in four Governorates (Swida, Aleppo, Deir Ez-Zour and Lattakia).
The scope of work of the requested service includes the following:
1. The supply and install of (4) x CRs and accessories stated in the Annex-1 Technical Book.
2. Commissioning testing and successful operating of the items.
3. Operating training services and one year warranty.
This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted companies that can provide the requested products/services and have legal capacity to deliver the items and perform the requested services in Syria, or through an authorized representative.
Proposals should be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in Section III above, along with a properly filled out and signed price quotation form, and are to be sent by email to the secure email bidsyria@unfpa.org no later than: Sunday Oct. 18th 2020 at 16:00 PM (Damascus Time). Offers received after the deadline, or at another email address other than the secure email mentioned earlier above will be automatically DISQUALIFIED.
