We hereby solicit your quotation for the supply and delivery of “Start-up Kits for Women Economic Empowerment and Supporting Resilience Project in Aleppo Governorate”.
This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted companies that can provide the requested goods and have legal capacity to deliver the items in Syria, or through an authorized legal representative.
The selected vendor is expected to provide the goods according to the details and minimum specifications stated in “Annex: 1-Technical Specs.” enclosed herein and submit the relevant technical/financial bid. UNFPA will review the submitted bids and conduct an overall evaluation to all bid components including the supplier capacity to deliver the goods to the final destination and prior to the contract award phase. In case of a satisfactory result from the evaluation process, UNFPA shall award a Purchase Order to the lowest priced bidder whose bid has been determined to be substantially compliant with the bidding documents and assessment.

Please submit your quotation in USD or SYP currency or any other preferable currency. The conversion of the currency into the UNFPA preferred currency-if the offer is quoted differently from what is required, shall be based only on UN Operational Exchange Rate prevailing at the time of competition deadline.
